RETURN & SHIPPING POLICY UPDATED 4.20.23

  • Customers will be given an opportunity to purchase return insurance, a small fee that will give them access to a free exchange or refund. If the return insurance is not purchased customers who return product will be responsible for covering the cost of the shipping labels. Shipping labels are available from us at a discounted commercial rate that is better than shipping directly through the post office.
  • Customers must return product, whether defective or for other reasons, within 30 days of receipt of their product.
  • The non-defective product must be unworn and in a resalable condition.
  • Customers may request a refund or exchange product that is priced at the same value on our website. To do this you will need to go to our return portal Here: https://trysolelyjane.com/apps/redo/returns-portal
  • For returning and/or exchanging product that is defective or damaged, Solely Jane will provide a return label that comes at no cost in the continental US to the customer and can be adhered to the box the product is being returned in. Solely Jane does not cover return and shipping costs to Alaska or Hawaii.
  • Please be aware that any product that a customer exchanges after the first exchange will be at the customer's shipping expense.
  • For returning and/or exchanging a product the original shipping fee will not be refunded, however, any costs to return and/or exchange the product are covered by Solely Jane. Solely Jane is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Solely Jane is not liable to match sale price should a sale occur after original purchase.
