RETURN & SHIPPING POLICY
- Customers may return product, whether defective or for other reasons, within 30 days of receipt of their product.
- The non-defective product must be unworn and in a resalable condition.
- Customers may request a refund or exchange product that is priced at the same value on our website. To do this, contact Solely Jane by phone, 844-584-JANE (5263), or email, email@example.com.
- For returning and/or exchanging product that is defective or does not fit, Solely Jane will email a return label that comes at no cost in the continental US to the customer and can be adhered to the box the product is being returned in. Solely Jane does not cover return and shipping costs to Alaska or Hawaii.
- Please be aware that any product that a customer exchanges after the first exchange will be at the customer's shipping expense.
- For returning and/or exchanging a product that is defective or does not fit, the original shipping fee will not be refunded, however, any costs to return and/or exchange the product are covered by Solely Jane. Solely Jane is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON DISCOUNTED ITEMS
